Why: you will have to come to find out!
When everyone was gathered around, he pulled out a cake he'd ordered that had, "Daddy to be!" written on the top, along with some champagne.
Kate didn't have anything elaborate planned when she told her work, but was relieved to have the news out! No more sucking in and being selective in the clothes she wore!
